Paypal account question

Is it possible to create a paypal account in a way, so that I don't need to add any bank account, pay only through Credit card and also I have to enter the credit card details every time I make a transaction.
Account is perhaps required to withdraw money but I am not planning to do that.
 
^ Why would you even need an account for such a thing then? PayPal already supports payment without an account, just using their gateway, at a lot of sites.

I tried 2-3 times, but it says CC cannot be used, when paying through Paypal as guest, not account.
 
Hmm, I am not sure then. I haven't encountered scenarios where a card works on a account but not without it.
 
Actually I have tried that and it worked. However, that was a few months back, not sure if they changed things now.
