Hi, everyone. Need your suggestion/advise regarding desktop computer issue.
OS - windows 10 64bit
CPU - Intel i5 12400
CPU cooler - Deepcool AK400
Mobo - Ashrock B660 Steel Legend
RAM - Corsair lpx 3200 mhz 8GB x 2
GPU - Sapphire AMD rx6700
PSU - Corsair RM850x
OS storage - WD Blue 570 nvme 1tb, and 3 wd hdds for data.
Monitors - Dual Monitor
* 3 - chasis fans
Cabinet - CM 690 II.
PC age - 2years and 2 months.
Used approx 15hrs everyday.
Use - Mostly browsing, light work stuff, game played approx 6 months ago.
PC built in July 2022, was working fine till a week back.
Since past 2 days would sometimes Restart by itself when in sleep mode few times a day. Same happened today twice till evening.
Yesterday at around 10pm same happened but it has shut down by itself. Tried powering On - Mobo RGB lights were on - CPU cooler fan was running but none of the chasis fan ran, tried to boot but shut down after startup ashrock logo. Happened thrice.
Removed bios battery, waited 2 minutes then re-inserted battery and tried to power on PC. - CPU cooler + all 3 chasis fans running, no video output - on discrete or dedicated GPU. - At first few attempts to power on - Boot Led on Mobo was constantly ON.
Then on subsequent tries to power on through power button - CPU and RAM both leds remain constantly ON.
Remedies tried by me till now -
1- disconnecting every peripheral.
2. Removing CMOS battery many times.
3. Removed, cleaned both RAMs, tried to test with single Rams on all 4 slots.
4. Remove - reseat - repaste - CPU.
5. Connected spare PSU with Mobo and CPU connection only.
NOthing helped.
Issue - CPU + chasis all fans running + CPU and RAM leds on Mobo constantly ON. No video output on Mobo or Discrete GPU.
Please guide/ advise further course of action if and how it can be resolved.
