CPU/Mobo PC froze - now does not boot

Unfortunately am not in a situation to do all that (lack of time). No, the board does not have onboard VGA.

atleast try with a different psu..i hav same board n faced the booting prob but i cud hear the beep codes and analysed tht the board was faulty...the nforce chip had weakend due to lack of thermal paste...so i was gettin random restarts after some hours of operation n then the hdd wouldnt be detected...wen it restarted...untill i let the chip cool down...
got it rmad finally.

had a similar problem yesterday with the same board turned out the cmos battery was dead, inserted a new one n it started forking fine
