I am planning to buy an mobile phone for my wife.my budget would be around 13k,preferably i am looking for Samsung ,i can go for other brands also.

budget: 13k( could be exceeded upon the better choices )

Form factor : any
Camera: min 2 Mp
Bluetooth: yes
WAP: yes
WIFI: optional
Memoy card: yes
Band : 3G or higher
FM: yes

Must be good music quality,

please suggest me good phone.

You can check out the Samsung i450 too. It had great sound quality.
