Do you think the 100% ping loss is because of firewall configs for java?

I am wondering the same plus whats with only MTNL users having 100% packet loss.:huh:

Isn't that fishy. He's getting incredible ping times but hasn't disclosed his ISP. Maybe sitting next to the server.
