Hades

Echidna being the she-viper, cerberus her off-spring who guards the gates to the underworld, the master of which is hades.

Ok, how about this : Hercules and Linux/390

Hercules had offsprings with Echidna making him the father of her son. The Son must have followed his rules. The man in the picture also looks like hercules although google says its hades.
