Thank you all for your suggestion.... please refer to my suggested components, I am purchasing in Jeddah and options available here locally is limited. That's why I have researched and collect the best available in the local market.
If the above mentioned compo. can't be a good match then please suggest me from the brand of Gigabyte, Asus, Foxconn and Asrock for MB.
Regarding the best available is Kingston HyperX 4GB 240-Pin.

@sajju73 okay. So you are locked into purchase from Jeddah's local market, right.

Hmmm... Can you source stuff from sites like Amazon.com / eBay.com?

Assembling a computer is easier than getting a girl-friend, building a high-quality R/C model, learning how to cook AND using hard drugs (relatively).

Cost factor will be the import duties that will be slapped on the components shipping out from foreign shores.

Try for this configuration (I cannot tell how much they will cost in Jeddah) --
Intel Core i5 3550
ASUS P8H77-V OR Intel DH77-KC
Kingston HyperX 4GB x2 1600MHz RAM modules
1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
OCZ Vertex4 128GB SSD
ZOTAC! / MSi GTX650Ti
Seasonic S12II 520W OR Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 620W
DeLL Ultrasharp U2312M
Cooler Master STORM Enforcer

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

:p,Instead of GTX650Ti-11k OP should go with HD7850-13.7k which eats out GTX650Ti,If OP wants to cut on some components then Gigabyte B75 D3H would save him 2.5k.

The GTX650Ti is in 40fps range and HD7850 is in 60-65I don't think that's fine ,Check this you'll find 20-25fps difference everywhere also HD7850 overclocks very well so it'll give extra 10fps,That everything over extra 2.5k bucks is worth every penny -AnandTech - Bench - GPU12
Not according to this review it isn't the GTX650Ti does fine against the HD7850 2GB.
Asus GTX 650Ti DirectCU II TOP1GB GDDR5 (GTX650TI-DC2T-1GD5) Graphic Card Review - Hardware BBQ - Page 15

And is cheaper, runs cooler and all in all a really good buy.

OP is not gaming, he is getting it for CAD and general media usage. =|

The advantage of Nvidia and AMD gpu changes with each software,It's really difficult to figure out gpu is perfect for the task.If op is not doing the particles the AMD gpu would also work.

Why not get an nvidia quadro card?

A waste of money.... Unless you start off with Quadro2000 at least (which costs upwards of 27K)!

Quadro's [and Tesla's] are usually meant for 24x7 rendering jobs and work best with the Xeon/X79 architecture. If OP has no commercial interests from building this RIG then there is no point in going for the quadro.

The suggested Asus 650Ti is total VFM.

[dunno but does newegg deliver to Jeddah ?]

Cheers
Terry
