AMD Launches HD 7770 And 7750 Mainstream GPUs

AMD has launched its mainstream HD 7770 & HD 7750 GPUs based on 28nm process , supporting DX 11.1 offering high end performance for enthusiasts on budget being power efficient at same time . The AMD HD 7770 is the first card to be clocked at 1GHz and packs 640 cores with 1GB GDDR5 128 bit memory clocked 1250Mhz . The HD 7750 is mid-end offering with 512 cores clocked at 800MHz with 1GB of GDDR5 clocked at 1125MHz using 128bit bus . The cards are priced at 159$ for HD 7770 and 109$ for HD 7750 , to replace the current HD 6770 and HD 6750 at their price points .

Nokia To Launch Budget Windows Phone Lumia 610

According to rumors , Nokia is expected to unveil cheapest Windows Phone device ,Lumia 610 at the upcoming Mobile World Congress .The exact specifications of the device are not available yet . Lumia 610 is rumored to be powered by Tango . Tango is expected bring down the processor and RAM requirements of Windows Phone making it run seamlessly on phones with lower specs . Current Lumia series has Lumia 710 priced at around Rs 15000 , so Lumia 610 can be expected to be priced around Rs 10000 to Rs .15000 .

HTC Devices To Get PlayStation Certification

HTC Could be the first company other than Sony to offer PlayStation Certified devices , according to the latest rumors .According to pocket-lint , their sources suggest that announcement is expected at MWC and certification coming in the second half of 2012 . This means that HTC devices will be able to run games which could only be run on Xperia Play and classic PSOne . It will be highly beneficial for HTC , helping it gain gaming focus .

Sony's Ericsson Buyout Is Now Complete

Sony has finally completed the buyout of the Sony Ericsson brand and the new mobile venture of Sony will be called Sony Mobile Communications . This was completed by Sony acquiring 50% of Ericsson's stake in the joint venture for mobile devices business . The acquisition deal of 1.47 billion was approved last month by EU .

Apple Plans To Sue The Already Bankrupt Kodak

Apple has asked bankruptcy court jugdge for permission to sue Kodak over alleged patent infringement . Apple says it wants to file a complaint against Kodak for allegedly violating its patents related to printers , digital picture frames and digital cameras . Kodak had declared bankruptcy last month and filed for a bankruptcy protection plan and announced that it will be leaving digital camera business . Earlier this month , Kodak had filed a complaint against HTC and Apple with ITC defending its patents .

Not really, don't think it's a good price. AMD's own 6850 performs better than the 7770 and is priced at around $150 currently.

And there is no way price in India will be 8k. It will be minimum 10k.
