Its not.. here's an email which i got from them due to my inactivity..

First of all thank you for supporting our community, we couldn't manage without you.

We would like to remember you the most important rules you have to remember to not lose your account:

- if you don't login for 30 days your account will be deleted for inactivity, if you park your account this period will be extended to 100 days
- you must have at least 10 GB / month traffic (example: if your signed-up 4 months ago you must have at least 40 GB download + upload), remember free torrents do not count for download, only for upload

P.S Make sure u download 10GB+ in the first 10 days of ur account or else ur a/c will be deleted..
