That link is outdated,
many of the trackers in the list are dead.
but its a good piece of info nonetheless

iPlay.ro a great Romanian(good speeds) tracker is open for sign ups
Good Content, Ratioless, Friendly Staff
although retention is not quite good (1 yr+ content)
but great as a scene tracker

yes it is ratio free
your buffer or actual ratio holds no meaning there, just the global ratio
you still have to seed the stipulated time if you don't achieve a ratio of 0.75 or more on that individual torrent
while this makes it a little cumbersome for people with good speeds, its actually a boon for us who have less speeds

despite being Ratioless, it is interesting to note that the seeder retention times of BCG is the second highest. (Rutracker ranks no.1)
