Pushing it further now..

If u have the stok hsf u could go up to 2.7g @ 1.35v at that clock the voltage is not so high.So it should stay quite cool.And the voltage is sufficient to stay 100% stable.

This works for my am2 i hope its not so different on 939.

got the pc running yesterday. was tempted to put the c2d in my rig for somedays. will be with me for around 15-20 days before it goes to the office.

e6300 + gigabyte ds3 + g.skill 2gbhz ddrII 800.

here are some initial results.


 
Did some benches today. Lots of stuff running in background and not very optimized results though. :D

CPU : E6600 @ 333 x 9 = 3.0 GHz

VCORE : Stock

MEM : 2 GB Cellshock PC2 8000 (Rated 5-5-5-15) @ 500 x 2 = 1000 MHz (4-4-4-12)

VDIMM : 2.15V (Should have been possible with even less, just a quick run)
