Power Surge on USB Port Windows 7 Pro.. Reset old PC after a year is giving soo many issues :(

Now I get following message popup every time I do anything please check attachment.

Once i click on that message i get following dialogue box:

You have probably forgotten to attach the screenshots.
Anyway, if Windows sees a Power Surge or Other power related issue, it disables the USB port. Just restart the PC to get it running again.
