In a move to further enhance its service efficiency and network, ASUS has today announced the appointment of DIGICARE as the authorized service provider for its motherboards and graphics cards business. A service division of Smartlink Network Systems Ltd. DIGICARE has today evolved into one of the most efficient, skilled and professional service infrastructure in the country and has 18 direct RMA/service centers and 46 service partners across the country. DIGICARE's wide and rich experience in motherboard service will help ASUS to further strengthen its service network in India. Along with Digicare,

ASUS will also continue working with the existing service networks of Rashi Peripherals and Digicomp to provide service for its motherboards and graphics cards.

DIGICARE is currently the leading post sales service provider in India and covers 64 locations and over 1500 collection points. ASUS and DIGICARE will also offer 'On Demand Service' to any other place in the country. DIGICARE’s service strength includes BGA facility (L4 level) in 15 Locations spread across India for faster service and lower turnaround time. With strong infrastructure setup and highly trained manpower DIGICARE will add tremendous value to local service and repair for ASUS motherboards and graphic cards.


The inclusion of DIGICARE service centers in ASUS’ service network will be concluded in two phases. In the first phase 47 service centers will come onboard from today and another 17 service centers will be added to the network in the second phase on 1st November ’12. With this strategic appointment, ASUS will have service centers in 87 cities across the country with a total of 177 service centers in India for motherboards and graphics cards. In addition, ASUS will also provide free pick up and drop facility in 1500 cities covering a total of 18620 PIN codes.

How is service going to performed from now on all asus mobo and gfx goes to DigiCare for rma, Or they going services only product which are imported or dist by them [DigiCare] ?
