What? How?

Anyways my friend bought a new Processor and motherboard, damages --

AMD Phenom IIx4 955 ~ 6000/-

ASUS M4A88T-M ~ 5200/-

Corsair ValueRAM 1333 MHz 4GB ~ 2000/-

^ ASUS M4A88T-M ~ 5200/- price is too high! TheITWares lists it for ~ 4.4k. Rest looks fine.

Edit: Delta also has jacked up prices to 4.85k! Not a good time to invest in a mid ranger AMD i guess. Either go for the basic AMD or wait for Llano for the midranger systems.

I don't knw :p

1st i checked Ashirvad and he quoted 2.3k inclv Tax since the availability is scarce ! :S

gave a try @ Golcha and he quoted 1.8k+ tax and said "hey last piece hey bheta :p "

Any idea about the price of the following :

Intel i5 2400

MSI H67MA-E35 (B3)

Gskill Ripjaws DDR3 4GBx1 1333Mhz CL9 stick

Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4GBx1 1333Mhz

^^ Core i5 2400 ~ 9500/-
G. Skill / Corsair Performance RAM (RIPJAWS / XMS3) 1600 MHz RAM 4GBx 1 ~ 2500/- (although shops try to push the XMS 3 I prefer the chunkier looking RIPJAWS)

1333 MHz RAM has been phased out in the performance types, ValueRAM by Corsair 1333 MHz ~ 1900/- (So closely priced to better RAM it loses it sheen until you're strictly on budget).

Arctic Silver 5 ~ 500/- (3.5 gms tube)
Arctic Silver Thermal Matrix ~ 400/- (3.5 gms)
Cooler Master Thermal Fusion 400 ~ 600/- (5 gms + spatula)
Tuniq TX-2 ~ 400/- (3.5 gms)
Cooler Master HTK 002 ~ 125/- (5 gms of crap)

Hope this helps, will get some more prices tomorrow, as going to get TIM. All prices courtesy Golccha Computers.

Really lucky, we got the NZXT M-59 like this from him too. Normal price ~ 4000/- but brought it too 3500/- (sayig same last piece quote), sometimes you walk in + he is in good mood = great deal :).

hey guys, what would be the cheapest possible price for a 500GB portable harddisk.? I called up Jainex, he said Rs. 2550/- for WD Elements. Ashirwad quoted Rs. 2650/-. Anyone managed to get a better quote?

NO and I suggest you stick to Seagate HDD's.
ok, so this price is good. Also, advice taken. Will look for Seagate. How is Transend? Their portable hdds look pretty sturdy on the outside. Not sure which brand they use internally.
