Problem With the Installation of Sharp ACs

After going through the other threads regarding purchase of ACs i decided to go for SHARP AH-XP24MV ( 2 ton model).I will not go into detail of the dimensions of the room ,but there is a problem that have come into picture.
The installation guy who came to install the ACs told us to return the Sharp ACs that we have purchased and warned us to not to purchase any Sharp ACs.Reason he gave for this is was that the sharp acs do not go below the 30 C.He even called up few of the other guys who have purchased the SHARP Acs and have such problem in order to demonstrate this.

I don't know what should i do because as i have not come across any such problems regarding these sharp ACs in the threads.
Could someone shed light on this one.

ajay potey <ajaypotey@sharp-oa.com>.Don't know who are they,but i think i will get some solution to my problem.

Asvinder, please do let us know what happened. I am also planning to buy Sharp 1.1T AC soon. I have also convinced one of my friends to go for Sharp instead of LG and he is going to buy one soon as well.
