@TH, I used Eastman heat gun. Actually my friend purchased it from a shop in Ghatkoper. If you want details I will ask em. Looks like good quality flame less heat gun. Has airflow and temp adjustment and display.

I applied very little thermal paste, a thin layer of it...but then u never know how little is little enough..Rave said:perhaps you didnt fix it properly? applying a little more thermal paste that whats required can actually make matters worse, so just keep that in mind next time
