PS5 PRO KILLER BUILD IS REAL?

A friend of mine, has a PS4 Pro from 2017 until now, who doesn't have a gaming PC. He plans to import a PS5 Pro disc version from Dubai for 70K. I suggested to go with a PC, which would be more useful to him,
but he doesn't agree with that. He says a PC won't provide 120 FPS gaming within that budget.

He doesn't have a 4K 120 FPS-capable TV. He plays on a Samsung monitor in his room because his mom won't allow him to use the hall for gaming. With the monitor he has, he has a budget of 80K.

I told him that most PlayStation games are available for PC. If any new ones are released, they typically come to PC within a year or a year after their initial release, but he doesn't agree with that.

Please share some build suggestions to convince him. He is okay with a used GPU but doesn't want any other components to be used.
He mainly wants the PS5 for the backward compatibility of PS4 games. Is the PS5 killer real?

your friend is in the same situation as me. Got a ps4 pro from dubai in 2018 still running it to this day, waiting for the ps5 pro. Now that its out quite lukewarm perf increases and no disc drive so all my physical games will be rendered useless unless i pay 18k for a disc drive. I was thinking for a 9070 xt build but the prices are scalped from the retailers nowadays and i do not want to pay them to condone these practices, i am stuck playing a lot of JRPGs which you'll be surprised how many still are released for the ps4.

Unless he wants to play games that are exclusively on the PC like league or cs2, let your friend get the ps5 or ps5 pro

GTA 6, the biggest upcoming hyped game is exclusively coming out for consoles and will most likely stay exclusive for 3 years before it comes to PC. I honestly dont think there are really good ps5 pro killer builds for that price without cutting corners somewhere like getting used parts as someone said.

GTA 6 is the reason he is getting the PS5. There are reports in the market about a shortage of sealed PS5 units in Dubai. His uncle visited two sellers in different areas, but they both work under the same head dealer. They contacted his uncle and said that the PS5s are selling quickly due to GTA 6, so he should buy one fast.

And what about PS6, it may be released in 2027.
