i am not able to post anything that i want to sell as it says that i need permission from a admin please someone help...
 
i get this message
"Daylin you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Please go through this thread fully and also the TE rules and guidelines. You will come to know that there are certain requirements that you need to satisfy before posting in market section.

Musical Instruments are allowed, since most of them come under the tech goods category.

Health care products, mostly no.. it depends.

Books are allowed too.
 
i want to sell my old cell phones in the members market.. but i get a message saying i dont have enough rights?? can the mods please help me on this one.

^ mhafizji : you have registered in Aug 2009 BUT you have speeded your way with 37 posts "today" infact in 1 hour! - was it intended just to get into the market section ? I suggest you go the easy way, else the mods would ban you for spamming and getting to the market just for that purpose.
 
Why wont it allow me to post more than 1 itrader rating in 24 hours?
i got three items yesterday from two different people. i gave rating to one person in the morning yesterday. today morning when i try to give rating to other person it says:

Sorry, but you can not rate any more people today.

i didnt rate anyone today. whats the deal here? do i have to wait more than 24 hours to give rating to each person for deals gone by? if i get more than five items then it would become a problem trying to rate everyone.
 
^ Yep. Its 1 rating per day, i.e. 24 hour period.

We know the limit is strict, but it prevents potential abuse of the rating system.
 
what does IC mean ? u have not mentioned in the FAQ

13. What about thread prefixes -

As you know prefixes do not work anymore after the upgrade. But its in the interest of the communtiy to keep them going by manually adding the prefixes before creating a trade thread. Ofcourse Staff would also do the needful.

Prefixes to be followed and their meaning -

FS -> For Sale
WTB -> Want to Buy
FT -> For Trade
FS/FT -> For sale / For Trade
GO -> Group Order
