Graphic Cards Question regarding GPU Repair.

Hello all. I have an old gaming PC that is kept in a wooden cabinet with cables being routed through a hole (Stupid, I know), but I rarely use it for gaming, so temps never mattered. Recently I found myself with an hour of free time, so I loaded up Saints Row on it, but didn't remove the tower from the cabinet. The fans are at the back, so this lead to overheating, and my pc shut off.
It hasn't been booting since then, but it boots fine after removing the GPU. It is a Zotac Nvidia GTX 960 4GB Card. Can it be repaired? Who Can I approach in Bangalore to get this repaired without being scammed? It may be an old card, I'm currently not in a position to spend any money on the PC, and I'd like to get it to work if possible.

TIA for your help.

If in bangalore you can go to SP road which is like a tech hub and ask shops if they can repair. But if GPU is the fault, then it is highly unlikely to repaired man. 960 is an old card and may have gone kaput in all these years. You can try the 960 in another friend's desktop to confirm it is faulty. ATB !
