The OC is only by 10% or so...don't think the benchies would make much of a difference...

The true test for these cards would be DX10 which is not available yet...

True, if only the crysis team releases a benchmark version of the game :/
 
I dont believe those performance No's.

I cant believe AMD would launch a DX10 Card, 7 Months after the 8800GTX, to just be below or on par with performance.

Its just a waste of R&D.

lol exact my thoughts.
I kinda have faith in AMD / ATI to deliver goods once they do. It might be late but it will be good.
Its not the company that makes same mistake twice ;)

Correction: With the time they took to get the R600, they cannot afford to make mistakes here!!
 
I dunno...

I would hope to see some improvement over nv cards after postponing it for so long even with early drivers. 320 stream proccys/512 interface? I should hope its a driver problem otherwise I'm going to worry for AMD.
