I am convinced that no amounts of words can make ITwares understand what we all have said here, his ego forbids it ! but, all this for such a small amount of money ??

on another note

have the mods nothing to say??
 
Yes i have kept my stance the same and i will keep it the way it is no matter what i am right "According to me" :) and have stated the same in my FAQ of my site beforehand too and have given a Fair Deal according to that Rule and in line with the Business Standards followed by well established distri's if they can it so will i in consumer court or cybercell or anywhere u want to take this to.

dude .. you are still not getting it ..

your policy is completely insane .. and still you're sticking to it in every comment of yours ??

start thinking about your customers !!!

you are not getting the point dude .. EITHER CHANGE YOUR POLICY .. OR LOSE 1000 CUSTOMERS more !!!
 
I have informed about the Policy in question beforehand so its right, if u feel its insane then don't, u got fins bent on your Vendetta 2 and its still working right coolers fins bend very easily and you can straighten them very easily and still the cooler works well. But some people like u will abuse the dealer because they don't know this. I get 100% refund if Parcel goes bad or lost in transit from the courier companies i dnt have to run from my customers like the way u think i do let the bloody thing get damaged or lost i will take care of my customers

Its much better than bending over and taking it forever i can handle it i am confident. Like this every customer will threaten us i will start a thread and bad mouth i say do it, even if there is no fault of ours.

Its not about the money i will gladly pay even 5000/- if a customer deserves it and i have too , one customer here looong back named Rahul Patil had got a bent Abit IP35 E Mobo and it was DTDC so i did not get any refund from those crooks too but still i bought a new one and sent it to the buyer from my pocket as it was not his fault it was just fate and bad handling from DTDC he even started a thread here bashing DTDC about it as it was not my bad packing but was their bad handling which lead to the same

The person is living in mysore and had trusted you when you said 1yr warranty, and now you change your warranty terms saying that you are the distributor and can do anything.... OP I say you get 600 from him and settle the issue, rest I will talk with him when we meet

coming from a business men,,,,

.....Anyone thinks this way after the age of 5 is not fit to live in a Society.

^ entertaining a buyer's warranty is not your fault. As you are a dealer, you already earned some bucks on that item and sold with warranty, now when the time comes for warranty, you are trying to avoid, thats called fault.
 
@ rahul its amazingly awesome how polite you are being in every comment of yours .. when i called you up i was talking so politely and calmly .. while you were yelling and barking like a politician .. i asked you for a replacement .. and the most of the fins were bend (i even used core contact b4 .. so i know it) .. i was asking for a replacement .. and you just said .. its not possible LOL ?? .. where was i at fault ?? .. its not even a day old and damaged .. thank god i abused and kept the phone else you would have given me depreciating rate and have said its out of stock ... moreover stop being polite .. your realself is completely opposite !!!

well justice is being done here .. i hope mods take this matter seriously .. and with so many complaints .. the users will get their result !!
 
seriously this is so bad of the dealer..and of all the persons who is the sufferer is jeri....a gem of a guy and who has been on so many forums for such a long time..never had a problem ever...

the dealer is terming solving a problem as "bending over" ,when he is clearly at fault here...pity the customers who have bought things from him before..if this is how he deals with the customers,"confidently" in his words...what they will go through if they face a problem...giving one year warranty to a customer when he buys,and suddenly telling him just take 400-500 bucks and get lost...and still he keeps arguing and saying that customer is threatening etc...wow some nerve...
 
Yes sir you are right no matter what the dealer says and polite by nature tatzy u get a lot agitated in no time and start start abusing the dealer i guess, if your product was damaged when u got it , then how is it still working well as i said Fins bend easily and can be straightened easily that is the truth.

I don't want any justice from anyone Mods included i am waiting not for that (No offence to Mods) but what i did here is correct.

A similar experience happened for me with another TE dealer dealing in SoundMagic.

I purchased PL21 from him and just one week later it went bad. The right ear piece won't work. I spoke to the dealer and he agreed for a replacement however that will take some time as he didn't have stock at that time. I agreed and sent him back using DTDCplus spending some 100 from my hand (which is usually the case so not an issue).

Then I followed up..followed up and followed up again till I got pissed off and left the matter.

I wanted to open a similar thread like this however I am very lazy to be honest.

And, I did end up buying few other SM IEMs from the same dealer after that as several of friends were very interested by their sound quality. We do not have many dealers dealing with SM and hence I had no other option to buy from him. He will ship the newly purchased ones without any issues. But whenever I ask about the replacement he will disappear in to the cloud.

Now, just a couple of weeks before (nearly after 10 months from the date of purchase) I received a courier from the dealer. I was confused before opening the package as I had not purchased anything recently.

I found a working SM PL21 in mint condition (not sure if it was new) and the pouch in a non retail pack. I realized that the dealer has finally sent a replacement. I was awestruck.

My other experiences with the same dealer (purchased at least 15k worth computer hardware) have always been good. And this particular experience of receiving a replacement when I had almost forgotten about was even better! I honestly appreciate him even though this is not a buyer would expect as a replacement policy.

I understand the import/export hassle and for a guy doing small and medium scale business it would really difficult to do proper replacements and honoring the warranty. However Rahul's stand is utterly unethical to say the least. End of the day, I will continue to buy from my SM dealer and NEVER from ITWares.

I can disclose the name of this dealer only if he agrees to. Sent him a PM to see if he will agree :)

This idiot is misquoting me . I am no judge on TE to decide the current value of this product . I just mentioned that IF m-jeri wanted to sell ( which in reality he does NOT want to ) , he would AT LEAST fetch 600Rs. for the earphone .

So I even said that you should get a new PL-30 or an equivalent product for the RMA.

Rahul , please don't misquote me by saying I declared value of product as 600 currently. :@ You have already gone down to such low levels , I dont know what to say .
