Warranty got a whole new term/hidden T&C yesterday. Even if you have bought a psu worth 3.2k and unfortunately you had to rma the product of which the price is 4.6k, you still have to get that product irrespective of the price increase. That rental depreciation is ridiculous.
Seriously, what's with people attacking ITWares this way? Rival dealer fanboys?
.
Sirjee, you're not buying a second hand product.
I would have agreed to the Rs. 400 buck thing if you are buying a second hand product- but you're not. You're a dealer. If something crap happens, you assist for replacement. Rather than saying rental depreciation and all that mumbo jumbo, you basically forward what the manufacturer has said.
Are you giving Rs. 400 credit from your pocket or is it SoundMagic's "authorization"? If its you, then shouldn't SM send a replacement (or send a bulk of replacement units). Are you saying that its best people should not buy SoundMagic because they're not helping you to help the customers for RMA?
Or did you get the RMA units in advance from SM and sold it off on retail due to demand?
