Yes, it is definitely more than 1 kg for sure.

You wait till delivery meanwhile take a screenshot of the fedex site showing 0.5 kg. If something goes wrong you can show the proof

WTF? Is this itwares guy spying on TE?
 
he shipped out my RMA item today, he is Chu#^%$*&^(& no.1 , mumbaikars please take out a supari on him :D get his ass kicked. I am writing to all hsi vendors and distributors about his unethical practices.

Nice suggestion.
I can not say for sure about the video as I dont have a camera and having OCD, I like to do things in a neat way. Just hope that the courier guy stays that long for me to open it, cos I open my packages real slow so not even the packaging gets heavily damaged. :p
You may laugh about it but OCD people are just like this. :p

Cant do it dear. I was trying to take the screenshot of the .5 Kg mentioning but they had already changed it. :-(

Thats the main reason that I bought from itwares without even looking at -ve feedbacks. Lets see what happens.
And how is Seasonic's warranty availed? Is it by serial no?

This is just a stupid rant.
If you can add what happened between you two then it will be helpful for the forum members. I get the emotions behind posting such a thing but please also try to be informative if you want others to trust what you post.
 
So guys, I just received my SMPS and the price mentioned on the ebay address sheet is same as what I paid.And its heavy too. I would say, yes it seems 2 kg
I am waiting for my Dad so I can shoot myself opening the package in case something goes wrong.
Will update then

good. So all turned well in the end.

As for warranty, i have no idea how they avail, but have heard they have a pretty bad reputation for rma, so just praying this PSU lasts atleast for 3 years (warranty) w/o any trouble

Hope so.
The ebay address sheet says .5 kg so thats the reason the Fedex site was showing .5 kg previously
@Gannu : - If I recall correctly, you RMAed your M12ii recently. Could you tell the procedure for it?

U may feel its stupid. But u may not have met this person. I have dealt with him for some hardware enquires. He don't even know how to talk to a customer for his products.
