Rapidshare.de speeds down the bottom....

The rapidshare.de download speeds apparently have been very low for me....i dont download much from RS ... but today i see it wont go above 5kb/sec. . . :S

Anyone else with this problem....from other servers its' ok....
Is this connected with the taiwan earthquake ??

since the last month or so i am not getting more than 7 KB/sec downloading speed from RS ....looks like they are choking the bandwidth for free users like me.

Now I know why my morning download speed was 30% higher - I had some of your bandwith added to my RS download hyeah: Seriously I got higher speed than I normally get - for a 33mb download file I was averaging around 17kb/s

which ISP you guys have ..cause no problem with r$ here , infact its better than ever dling at 34-36 kbps
