Gone girl: 9/10
Amazing how the director manages to sway doubt and hatred from one character to another. Well directed. Not to give out any spoilers, the murder scene was truly WTF and wretched!

Ugly - 8.5/10
A moody, dark, twisted, character-driven tale of depths to which people can go to fulfill their motives with a complete disregard for resolving the actual issue. Great acting by every cast member where everyone is grey and trying to push their own agendas and brilliant direction by Kashyap.
That reminds me, never got around to watching his "Paanch". Gotta procure that.

One of the finest movies from bollywood in recent times. Superb direction and acting. The background score is quite unorthodox for a hindi movie yet interesting.

that mobile phone photo scene from ugly was the funniest thing i've seen in a movie in years. i honestly would want to see a tv series with inspector jadhav in the lead instead of the better call saul spinoff.

also jd that the guy who played the dcp was a soap actor who died a year back.

Gone Girl 8/10 - watched it after seen several members ratings mentioned in here... Brilliant acting, nice and witty dialogues... Watched the last 30 mins again to get few answers (like whose baby it actually would be and what Go says while crying etc....)

Ugly - 8/10 ... Shocked as it was based on true events, till date always thought movies always come hyped than the reality. After watching was wondering about existence of such people in reality around us.

Elizabeth Ekadashi (Marathi) 7/10 - A must watch if you know Marathi or like watching regional movies (subtitles available)... Simple yet brilliantly been essayed around Newton`s laws of Physics and life.... Watched it with family and everybody liked it...

Not needed...
Yeah not a big plot twist per se in the whole context of the story, but still an important plot point which the watcher is better off not knowing beforehand. Anyway, not that big an issue.
One thing bothering me is that was the vehicle covered where she was put in? Can't remember. Didn't look like an abandoned parking area. Was that in plain sight? Guess that was the point.
