The Equalizer (2014) | IMDb, RT

I recently got the itch to watch a no-brainer action flick so I decided to watch The Equalizer (2014) finally.
The movie had more heart and focus on emotion than I expected. The performance from the antagonist is fantastic and I enjoyed the banter and parallels they drew from the literature pieces they used as story elements. This supposedly came out the same year John Wick was released, which was surprising as I assumed it clearly was being inspired by it. I am surprised myself but I think I prefer The Equalizer more than John Wick considering their similar genre. I am excited to watch both sequels in the future.

A very deserving 8.5/10.

This even I want to know.
Surfshark works with Prime video and Netflix. For Netflix sometime it throws out country error once it detects the VPN. Just have to logout and login the VPN if that happens.
Even if you get access, you again need prime subscription of amazon US isn't it?
It works with Indian prime subscription. You need to login with your Indian Prime credentials.

This was another one that had impressed me back in the day...
Extremely twisty and turny
The game (1997)

Oh this one is a fantastic thrill ride! Michael Douglas knocks it out of the park with his performance.

In anticipation of playing the new Indy video game (after I complete STALKER 2 which I'm currently playing) I decided to re-watch the 3 OG Indy movies... started with:

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark - 8/10.

Still such an enjoyable and fun watch!

Bourne series
LOTR and Hobbit series..
National treasure duology
Happy Potter series.. (do you know a tv series has been announced on Harry Potter books.. 1 season per book...)
All are my go to movies when I am not sure what to watch...

Oof! This one is a cult classic - one of my all time favourites! a David Fincher masterpiece!

.

An excellent sci-fi movie for kids - one I enjoyed a lot as a kid too: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091059/
Called "Flight of the Navigator".

Another cult classic: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086567/ called "WarGames" for those of us who are lifelong nerds.

And, a rare "indie" gem: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0138704/ by Darren Aronofsky (way back when he was an unknown) called "Pi" - a dark psychological drame/thriller.
