Rate the Last Movie You Saw...

Bad Santa, Violent Night, the OG Die Hard are better pallate cleansers ;)
Thanks. I only liked Die Hard out of those. Adding it to the list.

On a side note, superhero genre has completely replaced the children's movies genre. I wish they still made movies like Home Alone, Baby's Day Out, Honey I Shrunk The Kids etc. There's nothing like that being made this decade.

Klaus: An animated christmas/festival time/family watch in general vibe, it was extremely good the pacing was not dragged in a single portion of the film and it was quite heartwarming at times, probably the perfect thing to watch rn if you need a movie to watch with family or kids around.

Red One - 1/10

I am usually open to watching mindless action movies, e.g. I liked the Jumanji movie with the Rock. I can even tolerate an occasional Fast&Furious movie or a massy South Indian movie. But this was beyond mindless, this was mind-numbing. I should have taken TE ratings more seriously. I didn't know it was possible to make a Christmas action-adventure so badly. I'm going to watch Home Alone and Jingle All The Way again just to cleanse the palate and watch something Christmassy. If anyone can recommend movies like those two, that would be nice.
Might I suggest Galaxy Quest?
While not exactly a christmas movie, it's still in the adventure comedy genre and quite funny.

Watched Klaus last night. 8/10

Thanks again for this solid recommendation. Beautiful animation and nice story, just about the perfect Xmas movie. 10/10 for using JK Simmons as a believable and likeable Santa. With a better music score, this could have been a classic hit but it is still a really nice movie.
