Rate - Who is the best PC game developer currently

I hold blizzard atleast ten notches above any other developer. Then would be Valve followed by Crytek cos they simply haven't gotten sold out to consoles like every other developer and dumbed down their games.

Its Bathesda, in a recent poll their games had highest resale value. Also they give pretty good quality and less dissapointments..
 
Yes, Capcom, not because it is that great, just an opinion, but because they been here more than any other game developer out there. And I like their games sometimes.
