^Ishanya is supposed to be their main store but it really sucks bigtime. Try Hadapsar techie, it's better than Ishanya :)

Most of them lie, thats what happens in big stores they keep passing the buck.
 
The reliance digital experience is far better than croma at vashi. The digital guys know their stuff very well while the croma guys are clueless or talk absolute bs

Oh yes..do they have the Razer mousepads? The mall in with Croma is a 5 min walk from here :P Is Left 4 Dead box there by any chance? at Rs 800-1000?
