well i was confused whether to post in storage section or P2P where such discussions are usually held , so instead i posted it here.
As most people know that most movie dvds are of dvd9 i.e have data around 7.9 gb but the actual movie is usually around 6gb. the other data is usually bonus scenes or such stuff.
so similarly there must be a size of the actual movie apart from the extras in the blu-ray versions too.so can one give a rough idea as to this size of the actual movie content in a bluray disk.
i know it is related to time of the movie and the bitrate too , but still a general figure can be ascertained.
for example smaller english movies take around 4-4.5 gb in a dvd whereas lengthier ones such as lord of the rings took nearly the whole dvd.
