I searched around a bit and Starcraft II does support Radeon 2100 Integrated Graphics...

Will get Starcraft II, Capitalism II, AOE III and Warcraft III.

He can play this game called Capitalism II which came out in 2001

Its only about 50MB in size but fun to play. Good for casual play too.

Not exactly RTS, But a Business Simulation.

It has no eye candy, no graphics etc. but I find it one of the most addicting games ever, I've played this game for ~6-8 hours on a stretch sometimes. I hope there will be a Capitalism III
