I don't think their 4GB cap thing is working downloaded over 80GB data in about 48hours and is still getting good speed.

No looks like you are still on Preview offer. So am I. Even I dont have the 4GB limit as of today. I dont think they have changed everyone's preview offer to welcome yet.
 
Cap is definitely in place. I was moved on WO on 6th with a 0 value recharge.

But thing i'm pissed about is the cap is very random, one day its 2gb, another its 600mb, and some days 6 gb.

I guess you are not a early Jio user? I bought a LYF phone and sim back in May and let me tell you this, the situation was just as bad, if not worse, at that time. Filling of forms took 2 hrs followed by a day to upload pics to the central server as it always had an issue. Jio for all its strengths would rather give out more sims so that they have lot of people with Jio 2 Jio calls and erase the "chalta nahi" thing.[DOUBLEPOST=1473705170][/DOUBLEPOST]

it depends on what phone model you currently have. I recently bought G4, only to realize there is no ViLTE on it. While JioJoin was okay experience I would rather have native video calling. Hence still holding on to my LYF phone.
 
once Jio gets enough customers, there won't be any interconnect problem because most people will be in JIO network.
for now, people can keep two SIM, one JIO, and some other telecom. After all, people love to keep two SIM.
 
It will always stay asymmetrical considering it's jio. They should make it jio to jio by distributing and activating cards more proactively.
That way they can starve off the chittter gang of interconnect revenue.

Same here, wasted my money on this LYFless crap. Got the preview offer for only 14 days that too with low speed due to no 2300 mhz coverage and now this cap.
 
Jio is slowing its own growth by not having SIMs readily available . Its crap talk and wishful thinking of 100 Million customers if you cant provide SIMs

Rationing / 50 SIMs per day / only Reliance Xpress distributing are all hurting them only .
Interconnect issues wouldn't be there if there had given adequate SIMs .
SIMs going in black like those old days of first day first show ........

Come one Mr Ambani you were better than this . Your company cant handle anything including .
1. Availability of adequate number of SIMs

2. Then get stuck in activation when you boast of all latest tech including uploading on server etc . You even got government allow eAadhar for verification but still no use .

3. The Lyf handsets you are selling are so pathetic than even in right mind one cannot buy and use your 20k handset . It was only the price cut which made people buy them as at higher prices + free SIM couldn't garner adequate sales .

4. If you announce something at least remember to send mail to all your Reliance xpress outlets . They are clueless weeks after also , about services and products , leave alone distributors and nukkad shop

5. Even after holding maximum liberalized spectrum in India out of all carriers your network is below par keeping your claims and investment in mind .

6. 9 months + have passed and your carrier aggregation trails are starting now . A new life comes in this world in 9 months and you cant setup your network in this much time . Your network testing was just crap with aim to sell obsolete sets to us . People having issues about network still continue to have them .

7. You blame AVOID for interconnection issues but cant even dial BSNL landline properly without 10 redials . What about that ?

8. Please fire your JioJoin developer . Thats the most shitty app i have seen . It takes literally 3/4 seconds to open up or show dial interface . Only echo heard while talking through it .Its atrocious keeping in mind that its the only app to dial on non volte handset .

9. And dont tell me you were not expecting this rush for free calls/SMS/video calls/4g DATA . We Indians dont leave 10 bucks free recharge from paytm and have made paytm crash innumerable times then this was wholly anticipated . With your services I am saving 1800/month as reduced plans of others mobile services and put BNSL broadband in safe custody so ....

10 . Atleast launch something properly , from your innumerable bouquet of tricks .
