I would recommend JVC ha fx1x without Mic , ha fx-201 with Mic

Not a lot of bass heavy IEMs around 2k range, Sound Magic PL-11 is best bass heavy earphone under 1k.

If you can stretch your budget , Signature Acoustics C-12 or Brainwavz M2 could be considered.

Sennheiser CX 180 II around 1.5k also has pretty good bass.
