Require feedback on Eastronics Infocom, Kolkata

Is this shop "Eastronics Infocom" reliable? I am trying to buy Thermaltake Core X9 Chassis and this is the only place where it is available right now as per distributor. I am in Hyderabad and need to make a bank transfer and have him ship it out. So just want to check if anybody from Kolkata has feedback on it.

I have not heard too much about them nor have had the opportunity to deal with them so can't really say much. Did you contact MD Computers in Kolkata over the phone and check if the TT X9 is in stock with them? Sometimes they fail to update their website. If you tell them they might be able to arrange a piece for you and ship it across. They are much more reputable in my opinion.

I already checked with MD computers. In fact, I am in talks with the Thermaltake distributor directly, They checked and confirmed that none of the retailers across India except this guy have it currently. They have fresh stock coming in a new shipment, but its taking too long. I have already waited for 2 months its going to be end of this month before I can get it. So trying to get it from Kolkata directly.
