I thought you said there was a big open verandah in the centre. The red dot looks like its at the edge of your layout. Are the units in meters?
I edited your pic - is the Asus placed at the blue dot , and the last room is bedroom 2? :Currently my Asus is placed on top floor living room gallery near puja ghar.(Please refer the plan)
Now speaking about the range of my current setup,I receive signals of 1 unit in last most room of top floor and living of bottom floor.

The Asus is able to cross 6~7 walls / ~47 feet and still throw up a signal. Thats actually pretty decent. What more were you expecting?
The groove is 500mW and the Asus should be 125mW, so a 6 dbm increase in power should double your existing range.
Assuming currently with your Asus router you get a good usable signal at a halfway point say around the bathroom area, then the groove should be able to transmit a usable signal to your last room.
Please post your setup so that I can get an idea!Bought one A52HPn. Lets see - delivery is on Monday/Tuesday.

Before buying anything how about you place n12 on either of the crockery units for a test ?The red dot you see is the position I am planning to install.
i suppose you mean 1 bar out of 4. Even google+ is laggy with 1 bar. Not good will drain your battery quicker and will be very susceptible to neighbouring networks operating on the same channel if any. Ideally you want 2+/4 bar everywhere and stable. Now speaking about the range of my current setup,I receive signals of 1 unit in last most room of top floor and living of bottom floor.
That's the main issue friend. Before buying anything how about you place n12 on either of the crockery units for a test ?
i think you just need to hook up to the mains and if wifi comes on you will get an idea of how strong the signal actually is with range testing. You want 60-75dbm wherever you want wifi. 75-80-85 is getting weak.
Must place as centrally as possible otherwise you're wasting your signal. As you have placed it now in the gallery 1/2 of your signal is being broadcasted outside your house. Moving it to designated spot will only give you a minor improvement.

How busy is your wifi spectrum btw ? try wifi anlyser and post the screen grab from main areas where you want wifi.
indicate where you want wifi to work on the plan. name it 1,2,3,4 etc. Post wifi analyser grab from those areas so as to get an idea of any potential interference.
What's your carpet area?in my scene, i have the groove placed atop a crockery unit in the middle floor lobby which is central to the hosue layout and fairly open. the ceiling height is 10ft so that helps... now farthest away on either diagnol, i get minimum three bars. no other ap has been able to reach all corners of the building.
What is the problem ?That's the main issue friend.
The East part of Living has a huge window and the isp provides cable from the pole opposite to my house through the window.
So I can either transfer it in verandah or keep it there.
Yeah try this out first. Atleast just power on the router - even without the cable internet connected to it, it will still broadcast a local wifi network, and you can measure signal strength. Before buying anything how about you place n12 on either of the crockery units for a test ?
Might work. How much does the antenna cost?I had a struck across an idea. Not the expert though just wish to share:
An email convo with TPlink support.
Now as mentioned it has Horizontal 60 degrees and vertical 30 degrees coverage:

If it works, you can connect a second N12 on the floor below and solve the vertical coverage issue.
