The guy talks about the Tablet finish and build quality being an issue.

But that's not the case, I have confirmed with the seller and also the piece I received. Very very nice build quality.

Not tried pdf / ebooks on it yet. But the tablet gives 4-5 hours with normal browsing on wifi ! A little less with constant Angry Birds

I am using ebooks in my GPad (similar to this model) and I would say that I am very happy. You get different apps in android and they are good to read, and have more futures like bookmarking, etc.
