Just file an FIR and send him a legal notice...both these things should get his parents involved and make the matter serious for them..please don't wait anymore
 
@abhi_jollyguy PM me his address and your phone no. I will try to go to his place tommorow since its off for me tomo or send someone to talk to his dad and get this sorted out ASAP.

Looking at Masterpradeep aka Deepak's record, this will not be the last time we will hear about him, and not for good reasons - unless he gets his a** kicked by law enforcing authorities. Some people need that sort of things to learn their lessons.
 
How bout a TE bangalore meet at his place ? He would be shocked to see so many people at his place like anonymous movement! !! And he would be forced to face us

Why the mods are not banning this seller? Are mods waiting for someone to get trapped in his trap again in future?

How you will benefit by banning him? If he wants he will create another id and dupe another buyer - just like he did you. So, try to get your money back first.

Why are waiting to open the FIR? Do it immediately and forward him a copy.
 
I spoke to the dad and he seems to not care about the son and was saying i have refunded 14K and just 4K is left to refund. The idiot son is out of town and will refund once he is back which is tommorow. I warned the dad not to pull of stunts as we can file a FIR and cops will take care of it.

Dad seems to be in involved as he kept asking which transaction and not say a word about his son.

Now that his address is true, best thing to do is raise a FIR with the cyber cops and leave it to them. He / they seems to have involved in these scams from the past 2+ years.
 
Deepak aka Masterpradeep messaged me on phone just now said: Boss why are you asking someone to call my dad and threaten him?? Haven't I told you there is bank holiday and I'll deposit remaining 4k on thursday... Threatning and black mailing won't work I am telling you....

then I replied him: You should have shame on yourself before saying these lines to me. It has been 1 month you are saying this to me and you don't even pick my calls. My DIWALI festival had spoiled just because of you and still you are saying these lines to me.

then he replied me: What nonsense... I have replied to all our msgs.... If I had intensions of cheating why would I have replied to you or why would I have deposited 14k.. There is delay I agree.... Have patience to clear things.... Ask them to stop calling my dad.

This is it guys....
 
Quite a shocker seeing both dad and son involved in this. I can understand if it's one from the younger generation, but teaming with your dad ? Seriously weird !
 
Masterpradeep aka Deepak did not refund my money today also.

When I messaged him that I have not received the remaining amount today so on this he said yes I have still not come back to b'lore, will be leaving tomorrow afternoon, will deposit as soon as I reach.

Sincere apologies! Yes we will be blacklisting and banning him shortly. Some of us were busy with Diwali, work among other things. But we weren't ignorant about the thread and the member in question.

In the meantime we request you to file an FIR with the cyber crime cell as the case may be and take it further.

If his father is also involved in this. We can sue his family with FIR. Shame on his father too. My father would have killed me if I did this..... Can't just imagine. :-/ The only problem is, his father know about this issue and he is not beating that kid. Either his father is thug like this or wants his son to be like this.

Has anyone confirmed if that address is true or not?
 
Logged in after a long time and had a notification that Metalspree has mentioned my name and lol!!, Really?, the guy is still conning ppl? I would say, even though the community came together last time, it was a stroke of luck. It doesnt take many years for ppl like Ironman aka Deepak aka Masterpradeep to become hardened. If the matter has to be solved, the strength has to be shown in numbers. Like ryanrulez4ever says, 100 ppl showing up at his place with police should work well in getting the money back
