Unfortunately, it seems OP has not received the remaining amount yet... It is time to think, What is the best option to weed out problems/scams like this in the future?
I've not received the remaining amount till now. Waiting for tomorrow as tomorrow he will be in his home-town. So let see what excuses can he give me tomorrow.

I have met this guy before. He has known to commit fraud earlier too. I think a similar thread was started in IVG or [E]. Luckily when i sold my first iPhone which was about four years back, i did the deal in person and that was the time i had met him. I might be able to dig some more information. Please give me a days time to get back.
