The usual conversion rate from UK to India at launch is like 65-75 bucks a pound. Avg around 65-70 max.

And this is for the MRP. For market price it is like 60-65 bucks a pound. So expect street price to be like 30-32.5k at launch with MRP of around 35k as confirmed by Samsung India at the conference(confirmed the MRP, sorta I guess)

kind of bankrupt already due to 550D but will figure a way to buy this one if can get it for a reasonable amount.

atrix is in fact satisfying me on each aspect except for the display, and I still feel atrix is better as a device considering different aspects suitable to my daily usage.

But amoled has spoilt me badly, very badly indeed :(

I will wait until there is a word about battery life on these before I jump guns :p

Is galaxy s2 available in india already, i read somewhere that people have it for 32,000..

Btw the root is already out for it at xda..

Official release date is late May or mid June types. MRP 35k and expected street price around 30-31kish

One of my local mobile dealers said it will be available 11th May and will be around 35K.

Eagerly waiting for it.

Heh, was busy with a project so was not here for few days. Not to mention the troubles with MTNL over last one month here with constant on off internet connection. But back now :)
