Samsung Galaxy sl I9003 or Sony Ericsson neo v

Both Samsung Galaxy sl I9003 and Sony Ericsson neo v are available for 17.5k on Flipkart. Which one should i go for ?

Requirements :

1) Touch screen 3.7 or higher.

2) Good Gps support. Will be installing Mapmyindia Sygic maps and using it while on drives for navigation.

3) Good Battery life.

4) Good browsing experience.

5) Os - android 2.2 or higher.

Camera is not a deciding factor.

Guys, i had started this thread a month back and had decided on Galaxy sl. Unfortunately could not buy it last month as i had other expenses and had to postpone it. Now i see that the price of this phone has gone up to 18.5k on flipkart and no coupons are working on letsbuy either.

Is this still a good buy at this price now ?

PS: Neo v was ruled out because of its issues and i am not considering Lg mobiles.

Neo v ?

Major reason - Wifi. Have read that Neo, Neo v and arc have problems with a stable wifi. For Neo v some say its fine while others say it aint working. I am not willing to take a chance because wifi is important for me.

Other reasons were - Rebooting and low internal memory which led to lag.
