Sorry for being little OT,
I ordered this adapter from ebay and received it today and what i came to know that it is not working with my GNex, Are S2,Note adapter will not work with GNex or i am doing something wrong here

Just note that for most phones the adapters work fine, but with S3 (and probably Note 2) Samsung has changed the pinouts so make sure to check the product page for a list of compatible phones.

So i checked again today and it works like a charm after i figure out the problem.
It seems like the silicon cover is the culprit here which is hindering the input connection of the adapter,after removing the phone cover it is working fine.
