Samsung Wave II / Bada OS - what are the pros & cons?

I could never open Techradar, Cricinfo, Badaforums, Techenclave. Even if the page would load, I was unable to zoom in as "Page content too large too display" message would come up.

Some days I'd open google news and 2-3 links would not load.

You are seriously scaring me here,but i saw that websites load well enough in all those YouTube videos,is this prevalent among all Samsung wave II phones ?

It's not one of those issues where you open the browser and phone goes kaput. Only that you'll have to close extra apps/widgets OR clear cookies/database in browser to fix. My memory issues came 7-10 days of using the phone and you have to restart each time to make it go away. That's an irritant.

Check the forum link I pasted, that's a dedicated bada OS forum, you can check bada 1.2 issues there.

And even these memory issues did not bother me a lot personally. This is only so you can make an informed choice.

Overall Wave II is a 3.5/5 phone and I'd say Defy is 4/5 ace is 3/5.

If you are looking to buy the sub 10K bada phones I'd say get the LG Optimus one instead.

For it's price the Wave II is atleast an excellent piece of H/W.
