How would be HIS compared to ASUS?

I really dont know how HIS is compared to ASUS... But I know it well that ASUS is among the best GFX manufacturers.

If I were you I would go in with XFX rather then ASUS. XFX has a massive Passive HSF as compared to ASUS's puny passive HSF.

I am a sucker for silent cooling and in a HTPC its a must.
