SE J230i launching when?

I am looking for a cheap phone less than 5k and I find J230i to be perfect with the FM which i need. Does anyone know when it will be available? I think it will cost less than 4k.

Does SE phones support speed dialing?

J230i is suppossed to be available smwhere arnd 1st half of this year...
as for SPeed dialing, the SE phones support that but its diffrent than nokia phones speed dialing feature...
