Sending iPhone ; help me with courier service

Just go to nearest Blue Dart franchise and show them the phone first . They will pack it themselves in front of you .Seal it and ask you to sign on the seal to make it tamper proof . If insured they will charge about 400 + insurance charges depending on declared value . Otherwise they will charge about ~400 bucks only :).

Insured or not insured ,with BlueDart you can be assured that the package will be delivered safely without any issues at all .These guys are very professional and you will hardly ever hear complaints of theft/ tampering with BlueDart :).

PS : I am not working for Blue-Dart nor am I associated with them in any way .Just a regular , super satisfied customer who ships all the mobiles/ expensive gadgets using their service :D
 
Well the theft mostly happens with Delivery guys right ? Thats the main problem. Anyways I have considered it, I will have my friend head to nearest blue dart and give instructions as you said :)

but one thing, showing 30k device won't make them greedy ?
 
Bluedart with insurnace is probably one of your best bets. Also, check the phone on arrival and get the insurance then and there in case of problem.
 
Trust me . You dont really need insurance with blue-dart ;) .

bluedart or tnt without insurance . youll be fine . say no yo aramex and dtdc . if the guy who comes to collect the phone looks even a litlle more interested than he should . dnt send it via him . i sent a phone using aramex and the gug took all accesories away and the phone was damaged and scratched :(
 
@faheem - thank you dude ! but you sure that I have to show them the mobile and have them packed ? not packing it myself ???

@buddingwhizkid - oops, sorry for your loss. What did you do to those ba**rds ?

also :

Guys how is Overnite Express ? I heard they accept Mobiles with no extra cost and can be insured at cheap. Came to know they have a feature called Mobile Express which is specifically for mobiles.
