Sharing Pikvm atx control pcb order

Feedback: +2 / =0 / -0
i am planning to use jlcpcb, pcb cost is $2 for 5pcb's shipping is 7-8$. But if there are more people willing to share above 10$ pcb order i have a coupon for free shipping as well.

the pcb to be printed in question https://easyeda.com/dunne.karl/pi-kvm-rpi0w-hat-v1-1_copy_copy_copy_copy_copy_copy_copy_copy_copy or https://easyeda.com/dunne.karl/pi-kvm-atx-hat-v1-0

pikvm pcb would be better than bread boarding. less chances of error's while soldering wiring etc no risk of blowing things up.

if the order is shared then it comes to $1.15-2 per pikvm atx control hat pcb.

Customs tax could end up being a wildcard

damm, you know anyone in india that charge 200-300 bucks per pcb ? just need 2 pcb's both are extremly simple to manufacture.customs though can mark as gift,if shipped using chinapost etc there are too many parcels they dont check. if shipped by dhl etc bound to get a long bill. i suspect fedex, dhl are in cahoots

You have the option of etching PCB yourself

What a timing. I was just about to order parts for bread boarding 2 ATX control modules.

Consider me in for three of these.

There's also another compact PCB -
I am assuming that these are just printed and empty PCBs and assembly would be requried? Also has anyone else found cheaper MOSFET relays instead of the Omron G3VM-61A1?

etching dual layer pcb's is not possible i guess and chemical's involved are equally hazardous to do at home.

people seem to be using G3VM-61VY2(tr) is a cheaper option but currently out of stock everywhere online with factory lead times of almost 3-4 months .total price difference between 61A1 and this is 350 bucks.
We can try Robu.in - https://robu.in/custom-electronics-manufacturing-pcb-design/

I'm in and know a friend who is also keen on getting into this --> for pi kvm
sure lets try robu then,i tried calling local one's in mumbai but all seems to qoute 5k minimum

I built the pikvm based on Git Article - https://github.com/pikvm/pikvm on breadboard - tested it with Pi3 and pi zero w. PiBox has adapter for this https://www.amazon.in/dp/B096YQZKZJ/

Need this to remotely manage access through IPMI for one or two devices. but breadboarded solution is not mobile/versatile enough and needed PCB like alternative.

I also have one more suggestion/option - if anyone's contact flying back to India - we could order to their oversees address and get it delivered. I know this option itself is tricky with overall covid situation - still if anyone has option similar to this then GO is possible.

Found this one more site - seems to be located off Gujrat state. no issue of shipping though cost will be on slightly higher side.

estimate of around 2700 for 10 units so per unit price is 214 rs which is good but we need to find 10 people.
