Shipment coming Via Bluedart lost

I got one shipment being shipped from Mumbai on Sep 5 via Bluedart

Still i haven't received the shipment, on contacting the local courier office, they said, they receive the bag in which the shipment was meant to be, but the package was not present inside the shipment, on contacting the Mumbai office, they said the shipment had been sent out to other office

What should i do next, some one please do help me out :

Was it insured? If yes then you can get money back. Don't think you'll see the item ever again if it is lost for real.

Contact them online. I just mailed them from the tracking page and got my shipment within 48 hours. Hope this helps. All the best.

i had mailed them twice via the tracking page since 2 day before, yet to receive a reply from their side

and the package was not insured

Getting a mobile via courier and that too HTC One and that also not insuring proves again we are still need to evolve mentally.
Bottomline::Best of luck if bluedart helps.But what will they do if stone was courier at first place?

By the way was it an ebay purchase?

Shipping with bluedart with insurance will cost over 3k, had personally used bluedart for shipping more the 6/700 shipments and never faced any problem, OP needs to contact the last location where the package was last scanned.

OP could have easily under insured the value to be on safe side with some financial loss.
Anyway ,i hope they trace the shipment and OP makes sure he learn something from this incident.

Bluedart is usually very safe even for high value shipments, but then you all know "Jab naseeb hai gandu...to kya karega pandu"

This is not the first time i am using bluedart , generally i do get 5-6 item via Bluedart every month, this is the first time i am facing problem

The local courier people know me very well, and are cooperating in tracing the package.

^^ mail them again saying its time sensitive parcel. Needs to be delivered urgently.

Also I also know the local blue dart people and they advised me that while shipping a phone declare value less than 5k and as defective and for repairs. I always did that and never had any issues.

Today one guy from Bluedart came for investigation :O, asked for all details regarding the delivery boy.

According to him, the one person which came to deliver me that day, came from Nagpur, which had given me only 2 box instead of 3, and taken receipt of 2 box.

According to them they are investgating, and might go via FIR way, seems like the chor is the delivery guy

What a big chor Bluedart has become now, now they had stolen iphone 5c which i had ordered for my sister :-l

Can anyone give me the link of Bluedart FB page, twitter, will start bombarding their reputation from tomorrow, this is the 2nd time in a month my package is being stolen.,

First Nexus, and now iphone 5c

Bluedart is the biggest chor of India, please don't rely on them, they will stole all your expensive items,

First they had stolen my Nexus 4 16gb phone coming via AWB 44029342394

and now they had stolen my iphone 5c coming via AWB 44054246773

All this happened in just 1 month, what does it mean, they are in India not for doing business, but to stole other people items and fed their own kids, fcuk bluedart
