For sale is a Silicon Power 256gb M2 NVME SSD
Courier arrived on Wednesday 16th Dec from the service center, opened and checked for working or not. RMA slip is attached. Gigabyte handles the RMA in India.
This has Phison E12 controller with Toshiba 64 Layer TLC Nand. Speeds are as advertised i.e 3100MB/s / 3100MB/s
As for low write speed in crystaldiskmark it was taken through portable os, you just have to enable write caching from here Device Manager> Disk Drives> SPCC M.2 PCIe SSD> SPCC M.2 PCIe SSD Properties> Policies
Always local buyer preferred. I stay at Dahisar, Mumbai. So you have to pick up either from Dahisar or Boriwali. Shipping also possible but will be buyers' risk.
