Just Cause 2? More like Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, but a bit flashier version of it.

Ya more like K&L 2 DD. At start it does looks like the same area we get to see in the first mission in Just cause 2. Those two long buildings. Rest seems like what ethan said.

There was a video somewhere where even the developer says that the game is decent.
I'm not touching a game where a developer thinks his work is decent. Looks like a Chinese version of Yakuza with a simplified combat version of Arkham city.
