M MAGNeT Galvanizer Apr 24, 2014 #21 Ohh i thought the rider which is potentiometer. Yes its capacitor .It went over my mind as electrician mostly say it to be motor. Thats cost hardly 25 buks .Its always the first part of fan to get damage.
